An Alternate reality???????

Is this all real?....are u awake??...how can u be so sure??
u might be sleeping…n this could be just a dream…
u might be brain damaged n this could all be just ur imagination….
or perhaps u r under influence n all this might be just another hallucination…
or as said in the movie Johnny Got his gun, we might even be dead and remembering…

Whether it’s a dream, an imagination or a hallucination…
it all seems so real..it all feels so real…
how do we know it feels real??...
have we ever seen REAL??...have we ever felt REAL???....
well who knows…everything we know just maybe parts of our dreams…
if these are all dreams what might be going on in the REAL world??...
will things be different???...how long have we been sleeping??...
how long have we been out of our minds…
or how long have we been dead???..
is there anything beyond the real world???...
an alternate reality??..or a parallel universe???...
